Hello,
Sometimes the most meaningful projects begin with something very simple.
For Rainbow Bridge of Hope, it began with one man's handcrafted bridges, created to help people remember beloved pets that had crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
After Paul's passing, and now following the loss of his wife, Pat, we've watched something unexpected happen.
People aren't just connecting with the bridges.
They're sharing stories.
Stories of beloved animals that changed their lives. Stories of grief. Stories of healing. Stories of hope. And, in many cases, stories of struggles they had never shared with anyone before.
It reminded us that grief doesn't exist in separate categories. Whether someone has lost a beloved pet, a family member, or is quietly carrying burdens no one else can see, people are looking for hope and connection.
That has become the heart of Rainbow Bridge of Hope.
Today, we're continuing to share Paul's beautiful handcrafted bridges while also building a community that encourages kindness, remembrance, mental health awareness, and hope.
We're planning to participate in local suicide prevention walks, we have already connected with organizations serving a variety of causes, and build relationships with people who believe that even small acts of compassion can make a lasting difference.
We're inviting local businesses and organizations to become Community Partners by helping us spread the word.
Participation is simple.
Display our giveaway flyer in your business, share it on your social media, include it in your newsletter, or simply tell your customers about it if you think they'd appreciate what we're doing.
In return, we'll recognize participating businesses throughout the campaign. Community Partners will be featured on our website, highlighted in social media posts and email updates, and acknowledged as businesses that chose to support this project from the very beginning.
We believe community partnerships should benefit everyone involved. As awareness of Rainbow Bridge of Hope continues to grow, we want to shine a light on the businesses and organizations helping us make it possible.
And we're just getting started.
We're excited about conversations with the Southeast Volusia Humane Society and other organizations that share a passion for serving our community. Our hope is that today's giveaway becomes tomorrow's community events, partnerships, fundraisers, and opportunities to bring people together around causes that matter.
If you'd like to become a Community Partner, simply reply to this email. We'll send you the flyer, social media graphics, and everything you need to participate.
Thank you for considering being part of this journey. Together, we can honor Paul and Pat's legacy, support grieving families, strengthen our community, and remind people that hope is often found in the connections we build with one another.
With gratitude,
Jason & Amber Laird
